高圧フランジ適用範囲

			この規格は油圧機器及びその配管などのうち、圧力21MPa以下の部分に用いられる管さし持ち込み熔接フランジ(以下フランジという)について規定する。 Among hydraulic devices and pipes this standard provides for the slip-on welding pipe flanges(called merely "flanges"in the text) used under 21MPa of pressure.

			フランジの種類はフランジの形状、使用するボルトの種類およびOリングみぞの有無によって区分し、次の表による。 Flange types are divided by a shape,a type of bolts,and presence of an O-ring groove See the list below.

			フランジ用材料はJIS G3101のSS400、JIS G4051のS20C、S25Cまたは、これと同等のものとする。 Materials for flanges should follow JIS G3101-SS400, JIS G4051-S20C, S25C, or should be equal to them in quality.

			フランジの形状、寸法及び表面あらさは、付票1～4による。 Shapes, sizes and surface texture are shown on the list 1 to 4.

			フランジの表面には使用上有害な割れ・ひび・ばり・きず・さびなどの欠陥があってはならない。 Ther shouid be no crack, flaw, crevice, rust that are harmful for use on the surface of flanges.

			フランジの検査は材料・形状・寸法及び外観についておこない、3.4.5.の規定を満足しなければならない。ただし、受渡し当事者間の協定により、材料検査を省略することができる。 Inspections should be perfromed on materials, shape, sizes and sppearances, and all the standard 3 to 5 should be satisfied. However, material inspection can be omitted accord-ing to an arrangement between consumers and produc-

			製品の呼び方は、規格番号、規格名称、種類を示す記号及び大きさの呼びによる。例 JIS B2291 SHA40 または油圧用21MPa²管フランジSHA40 Products should be called by the standard number (or standard name), the sign of types and sizes. Example JIS B2291 sha40. or 21MPa slip-on Welding pipe Flanges for Hydraulic Use SHA40.

			フランジは次の事項を刻印、またはこれに代わる方法により外周面に表示する。（1）製造業者名又は登録商標（2）種類を示す記号及び大きさの呼び例 SHA 40 Following facts are stamped or hallmarked on the surface of flanges. (1)A producer name or a trade-mark (2)A sign of types and sizes Example SHA 40

			フランジ用材料はJIS G3101のSS400、JIS G4051のS20C、S25Cまたは、これと同等のものとする。 Materials for flanges should follow JIS G3101-SS400, JIS G4051-S20C, S25C, or should be equal to them in quality.
